Fluorine-lined magnetic pump working principle and advantages

fluorine-lined magnetic pump is a single-screw transport pump. Its main working parts are the screw of the eccentric screw (called the rotor) and the screw bushing (called the stator) whose inner surface is a double helical surface. Its working principle is that when the motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, the screw rotates around its own axis on the one hand, and on the other hand it rolls along the inner surface of the bushing, thus forming the sealed chamber of the pump. With each revolution of the screw, the liquid in the sealing chamber advances by a pitch, and with the continuous rotation of the screw, the liquid is pressed from one sealing chamber to the other sealing chamber in a spiral manner, extruding the pump body. The fluorine-lined magnetic pump is a new type of liquid conveying machinery, which has the advantages of simple structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient use and maintenance, continuous and uniform liquid discharge, and stable pressure. A kind of suction and discharge liquid using the rotation of the screw, it is suitable for suction and discharge of viscous liquid.

The fluorine-lined magnetic pump uses the rotation of the screw to suck and discharge the liquid. Due to the mutual meshing of each screw and the close fit between the screw and the inner wall of the liner, one or more sealed spaces are separated between the suction port and the discharge port of the fluorine-lined magnetic pump. With the rotation and meshing of the screw, these sealed spaces are continuously formed at the suction end of the pump, enclosing the liquid in the suction chamber, and continuously moving from the suction chamber to the discharge end along the axial direction of the screw, sealing the air in each space. The liquid is continuously discharged, just as a nut is continuously pushed forward when the thread rotates, which is the basic working principle of the fluorine-lined magnetic pump.

The sealing surface between the screw and the casing is a space curved surface. There are non-sealing areas such as ab or de on this curved surface, and many triangular notches abc and def are formed with the groove part of the screw. These triangular notches constitute the channel of the liquid, so that the groove A of the driving screw communicates with the grooves B and C on the driven screw. The grooves B and C are wound to the back along their own spirals, and are respectively connected with the grooves D and E on the back. Since there is also a triangular gap a’b’c’ similar to the front on the sealing surface where grooves D, E and groove F (which belong to the other end of the spiral) are connected, D, F, and E will also be connected. In this way, the groove ABCDEA also forms a “∞”-shaped sealing space (if a single-head thread is used, the groove will wrap around the screw in the axial direction, and the suction and discharge ports will pass through, and no seal can be formed). It is not difficult to imagine that many independent “∞”-shaped sealing spaces will be formed on such a screw, and the axial length occupied by each sealing space is exactly equal to the lead t of the exhaust rod. Therefore, in order to separate the oil suction and discharge ports of the screw, the length of the thread section of the screw must be at least greater than one lead.

It can be seen from the above working principle that the fluorine-lined magnetic pump has the following advantages:

  1. Wide range of pressure and flow. The pressure is about 3.4-340 kgf/cm2, and the flow rate can reach 18600cm3/min;
  2. Wide range of types and viscosities of liquids to be transported;
  3. Because the inertial force of the rotating parts in the fluorine-lined magnetic pump is low, a high speed can be used;
  4. Good suction performance and self-priming ability;
  5. The flow is uniform and continuous, with low vibration and low noise;
  6. Compared with other rotary pumps, it is less sensitive to incoming gas and dirt;
  7. The fluorine-lined magnetic pump has a solid structure and is easy to install and maintain.
