(1) The unpainted surface of the fluoroplastic chemical pump is coated with appropriate anti-rust agent. Oil-smooth bearings should be filled with appropriate oil, and grease-smooth bearings should be filled with only one type of grease instead of mixed grease.

  (2) In a short period of time, the fluoroplastic chemical pump will pump the cleaning liquid to flush the suction pipeline, the discharge pipeline, the fluoroplastic chemical pump casing and the impeller. After flushing, the flushing liquid in the suction pipeline, discharge pipeline, fluoroplastic chemical pump casing and impeller should be drained.

  (3) Drain the oil in the bearing box, add clean oil, clean the grease, and add new grease.

  (4) Seal the suction port and discharge port, store the fluoroplastic chemical pump in a clean and dry place, protect the motor windings from moisture, and spray the inside of the fluoroplastic chemical pump casing with anti-rust and anti-corrosion liquid.

  (5) The fluorine plastic chemical pump should be turned on once a month to check the integrity of the rotating pair and related connection positions, and it can prevent freezing. And smooth bearings.

  (6) The fluorine plastic chemical pump stored for a long time should be disassembled once a year, and the parts should be cleaned with engine oil before installation, and the cranking should be normal.

  (7) Fluoroplastic chemical pumps stored for more than one year should be disassembled and replaced at various positions.
